The creative Zen Vision: m!!!

you might be thinking that i am trying to say that the mp3 is creative but you are wrong!!!(altough it is rather creative!) the company who created this mp3 is creative! i mean the name IS creative. or should i say the company's name is "creative". now that i explained the name, its time to explain the company...
Creative Technology Limited is a listed manufacturer of computer multimedia products based in Singapore, where it was founded by Sim Wong Hoo on July 1, 1981. The firm employs more than 5,000 people worldwide. Sim is the CEO and chairman of the company. The company's U.S. subsidiary is known as Creative Labs, Inc., a name commonly but incorrectly used to refer to the entire company.

Historically, Creative was most famous for their Sound Blaster line of audio cards. Now they are known for their line of portable multimedia players

The ZEN Vision:M was launched in December 2005. Like the earlier released ZEN Vision, the Vision:M shares the same interface and features in a smaller package. It supports audio playback, including audiobooks from Audible.com (as of version 1.41.01 of the firmware), video playback (DivX, AVI, Xvid, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 SP, WMV9 and MJPEG), image display in JPEG (BMP, GIF, PNG, TIFF are supported through conversion.), FM radio (recordable in the 30GB version only), and a built-in microphone. Videos and photos can be viewed on television at a resolution of 640x480 (VGA) through a cable sold separately. The 2.5-inch, TFT-LCD display has a resolution of 320x240 (QVGA). The player has an estimated battery life of 16 hours for audio, and five hours for videos (tested under continuous playback). Album art is shown during playback, and image-viewing is enhanced with pan, zoom and rotation abilities. The ZEN Vision:M is priced at US$249.99 or US$299.99, depending on the size. The 30GB model is available in white, black, green, blue and pink. Like the other players in the Vision and Micro lines, this model is known for its glowing button symbols.

The ZEN Vision:M has won a number of accolades, including the Best of Show and Best Portable Audio & Video Device awards at the 2006 Consumer Electronics Show, as well as the Red Dot Design Award.

The nissan silvia S15!!!

Japan saw a new version of the Silvia (S15) in 1999, now boasting 250 hp (184 kW) from its SR20DET engine, thanks to a slight turbocharger upgrade, as well as improved engine management. The SR20DE (non-turbo motor) featured only 165 hp (121 kW).

The S15 Silvia included aggressive styling inside and out; upgrades to the chassis and suspension, including increased use of light alloy suspension components; and for the first time, a six-speed manual transmission (in addition to a 5-speed manual transmission and a four-speed automatic). Also for the first time, instead of a viscous limited slip differential, the S15 offered a more effective helical limited slip unit.

For the S15 Silvia, the model lineup was initially simplified to just the Spec-S (non-turbo) and Spec-R (turbo), both models offering an "Aero" variant with a large rear wing and mild ground effects. The Spec-R featured the available 6-speed manual transmission, increased body and suspension rigidity, 4-piston front brake calipers, a larger brake power booster, the upgraded helical limited slip differential, and HICAS (High Capacity Active Steering) four wheel steering as an option; the Spec-S featured only a 5-speed manual transmission (in addition to a 4-speed automatic available on both the Spec-S and the Spec-R), lacks the additional support structures of the Spec-R, 2-piston front brake calipers, a slightly smaller brake power booster, and the viscous limited slip differential.

Heres where i end this post... BB =)

Have you ever wondered why the leaning tower of Pisa can stand leaning even after such a long time? Well, the answer to that is all in this post...

The Leaning tower Of Pisa

The Tower of Pisa was a work of art, performed in three stages over a period of about 174 years. Construction of the first floor of the white marble campanile began on August 9, 1173, a period of military success and prosperity. This first floor is surrounded by pillars with classical capitals, leaning against blind arches.

The tower began to sink after construction progressed to the third floor. In an effort to compensate for the tilt, the engineers built higher floors with one side taller than the other. This made the tower begin to lean in the other direction. Because of this, the tower is actually curved.(Great design by the engineers that prevented the tower from actually falling!!!) *clap clap clap*

If you straighten the tower, it would probably be slightly leaning to the other side!!! XD

After a phase (1990-2001) of structural strengthening, the tower is currently undergoing gradual surface restoration, in order to repair visual damage, mostly corrosion and blackening. These are particularly strong due to the tower's age and to its particular conditions with respect to wind and rain.

Hope this post answers your question!!! Take care!!!

are you guys bored of consoles? well heres a thing that has been neglected by us for quite sometime...

Today i will be posting about a car... Mitshubishi lancer evo VII!!!

The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, colloquially known as the Lancer Evo or simply Evo, is a car manufactured by Mitsubishi Motors. There have been ten versions to date, and the numerical designation of the model is most commonly a roman numeral. All of them share a two litre, turbocharged engine and four-wheel drive system in common. Evolution models prior to version V were the officially-approved models for Mitsubishi's efforts in the World Rally Championship's Group A class and SCCA Pro Rally Championship. In order to follow these rules, the Evolution is based on the same platform as the Lancer. However, it is much more powerful than the standard Lancer, with the unibody being the only major part in common between the two. A new version of the evo will be out soon...

The new EVO...

The dunno if new or not DEll inspiron 9300!!!

Dell is a well known company to people all over the world!!! If you don not know what is DEll, let me tell you what dell is... The dell company is known for making printers, computers and notebooks.( laptops, not the paper ones!!!)

The Dell Inspiron 9300 had either a 1.6, 1.73, 1.86, 2.0, 2.13 or 2.26 GHz Intel Pentium M processor and a 17" wide-screen (available in WXGA+ with a 1440 by 900 resolution and WUXGA with a 1920 by 1200 resolution). At the time it also featured a fairly new memory technology in that it used DDR2 memory, which was a new feature for laptops. Compared with the other Inspiron laptops, it is considered to be the "Entertainment Powerhouse".

The Inspiron 9300 was based loosely on its more expensive and more powerful big brother, the gaming-oriented Inspiron XPS Generation 2. With the right upgrades, the Inspiron 9300 can deliver most of the gaming power as the XPS Generation 2 at a much-reduced cost. These upgrades start with the nVidia GeForce Go 6800 video card (or higher such as a GeForce 7800 GTX in later models), and continue with extra RAM, a 7200 RPM hard drive, and possibly a Pentium M that's faster than the baseline 1.6 GHz speed.

Thats all 4 now.. Plese continue to give us your support!!!

The Nintendo DS!!!

Well, what is Nintendo? nintendo is a company that produces games and cards... they are the same company that brought us the Gameboy ( colour, advance and advance sp), and the wii. They also produce cards like pokemon and others.

The Nintendo DS (sometimes abbreviated NDS or DS) is a handheld game console developed and manufactured by Nintendo, which was released in 2004. The console features a clamshell design, with two LCD screens inside - one of which is a touch sensitive screen. The Nintendo DS also features a built-in microphone and supports wireless IEEE 802.11 (WiFi) standards, allowing players to interact with each other within short range (10–30 m, depending on conditions) or online with the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection service. The system's code-name was Nitro.

The console's name officially refers to "Dual Screen," the system's most obvious feature, and "Developers' System," in reference to the new game design the system was meant to inspire.

On March 2, 2006, Nintendo released the Nintendo DS Lite, a redesign of the Nintendo DS in Japan. It was later released in North America, Europe and Australia in June 2006. The DS Lite is a slimmer and lighter version of the Nintendo DS and has brighter screens

The all new (not THAT new, but still quite new) Nintendo WII!!!

The Wii (pronounced as the pronoun we) is the fifth home video game console released by Nintendo. The console is the direct successor to the Nintendo GameCube. Nintendo states that its console targets a broader demographic than that of Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Sony's PlayStation 3.[3] It competes with both as part of the seventh generation of gaming systems.

A distinguishing feature of the console is its wireless controller, the Wii Remote, which can be used as a handheld pointing device and can detect motion and rotation in three dimensions. Another is WiiConnect24, which enables it to receive messages and updates over the Internet while in standby mode.[4]

Nintendo first spoke of the console at the 2004 E3 press conference and later unveiled the system at the 2005 E3. Satoru Iwata revealed a prototype of the controller at the September 2005 Tokyo Game Show.[5] At E3 2006, the console won the first of several awards.[6] By December 8, 2006, it completed its launch in four key markets.

Thats all for the WII!!! Thank you for your attention!!!(if you actually gave me)
and
HAPPY NATIONAL DAY everyone!!!

The all new (but not THAT new) PS3!!!
PS3

You might be wondering what is a ps... Let me tell tell you what is a PS is... A PS is a short for playstation. Now you might be wondering what is a playstation... Let me tell you what is a playstation... A playstation is a type of gaming console by SONY. I trust you know what is a gaming console...HASHAS XD

Sony officially unveiled the PlayStation 3 to the public on May 16, 2005, during the E3 2005 conference. A functional version of the console was not present there, nor the Tokyo Game Show in September 2005, although demonstrations (such as Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots) were held at both events on devkits and comparable PC hardware. Video footage based on the predicted PlayStation 3 specifications was also shown (e.g., Mobile Suit Gundam). The console was initially planned to have two HDMI and three Ethernet ports, though this was later reduced to one of each, presumably to cut costs.

On September 22, 2006, at the 2006 Tokyo Game Show, Sony announced that it would be including HDMI on all versions of the console, and reducing the launch price on Core models by over 20%; the Premium version of the console has an open pricing scheme. Sony demonstrated 27 playable PS3 titles during the Tokyo Game Show on final hardware.

How popular it is...
The PlayStation 3 was first released in Japan on November 11, 2006, at 07:00. There were reports that many of the initial consoles were obtained by businessmen who paid mainly Chinese nationals to buy the console without any software to resell on eBay. According to Media Create, 81,639 PS3 systems were sold within 24 hours of its introduction in Japan.

Soon after its release in Japan, the PS3 was released in North America on November 17. Reports of violence surrounding the release of the PS3 include a customer shot, campers robbed at gunpoint, customers shot in a drive-by shooting with BB guns,[19] and 60 campers fighting over 10 systems.

The PS3 was launched in Europe, Australia and New Zealand on March 23, 2007.

Thats all for PS3 and HAPPY NATIONAL DAY!!!

New good phone--N95!!!

Credit= http://www.laptopmag.com/Review/Nokia-N95.htm

And the kitchen sink award goes to….Yes, Nokia crams every feature you can think of--and then some--into its much-anticipated N95, including a 5-MP camera, GPS, and Wi-Fi. You'll be hard-pressed to find a more stacked smart phone, or a more expensive one. This unique slider costs a whopping $749. (For those scoring at home, that's two Samsung BlackJacks with enough left over for a 7-MP digicam.) So is the N95 worth the sticker shock, or is it just a textbook example of convergence gone too far?

Given all of the technology inside, the N95 weighs a surprisingly light 4.2 ounces, although it's plenty thick at 0.8 inches. Another pleasant surprise is the dual-sliding design; sliding the top of the phone up reveals the dialpad, while pushing it downward brandishes a set of backlit playback buttons, ideal for enjoying music or video on the go. The dialpad itself is a bit cramped but relatively easy to use; the same thing goes for the five-way navigation control beneath the large and crisp 2.6-inch display.

The back of the N95 looks like a serious digital camera, thanks to the Carl Zeis optics, flash, and sliding lens cover. We like the soft touch finish, but some may not appreciate the metallic eggplant color. The camera launch/shutter button lines the right side of the phone, along with the zoom/volume controls and a launch key for the Gallery, while the left side houses a 3.5mm audio jack, microSD card slot, and virtually useless IR window. Dual stereo speakers flank both sides of the N95 toward the top and provided a decent amount of volume during music playback.

Because the N95 is an unlocked phone, you have to bring your own SIM card from Cingular or T-Mobile to use this handset in the U.S. Fortunately, a built-in set-up wizard automatically detected our T-Mobile SIM and configured our Internet settings. The fastest cellular connection this device supports stateside is EDGE, but on our tests we found the built-in browser quite speedy. We could start reading most sites within ten seconds, even though it took a while for the images to load.

Surfing is a joy on the N95, especially when you switch that big screen to landscape mode. We love the ability to see a map of the whole Web page while scrolling and that the N95 shows thumbnails of previous pages visited when you press the back button. The whole experience is supercharged when using the N95's 802.11b/g connection. A very helpful Wi-Fi utility is built right into the phone's home screen, which can display the closest access point at all times. From there you can connect with a click or choose to search for other WLANs.

There's a lot more you can do with Wi-Fi on this multi-talented device, starting with the N95's Video Centre application. We downloaded a few Reuters videos in seconds to catch up on the aftermath of the British sailors released from Iran, and playback was smooth as silk. Too bad we can't say the same thing for YouTube beta; on our home network the videos we streamed stuttered every other second. Theoretically, you should also be able to make VoIP calls over Wi-Fi, but we couldn't get the downloadable Gizmo VoIP client to work in the office or at home. (We'll update this review once we get that service up and running.)

As a camera, the N95 takes pretty sharp 5-MP photos, but it doesn't capture them quickly enough. We used the phone as our primary camera over a weekend, and we were generally impressed with the quality of the images, which exhibited good color accuracy but appeared a little fuzzy when displayed on our notebook's 14.1-inch screen. Our biggest complaint is the slow shutter speed; it took too long for the N95 to take photos, even with the auto-focus locked. On the plus side, the VGA videos taken with the N95 looked excellent when played back on our notebook using QuickTime. Zooming in and out was a bit jarring, but otherwise the N95 is a good camcorder stand-in.

One of the N95's most compelling features is its GPS functionality, accessible through the Maps application or GPS data under the Tools menu. Nokia says acquiring a signal can take from a couple of seconds to several minutes. We say the latter, as it took close to ten minutes to locate our position in midtown Manhattan. Subsequent acquisitions were much quicker, and we like how the Maps app zooms in your location, Google Earth-style. You can also customize the map to make it show or hide everything from restaurants and parking locations to museums and ATMs. From within the map view, you can plan a route, save your location, or send it via text message. You can even search by address, name, or business category.

The bundled plan-a-route feature will spit back turn-by-turn directions, but if you want to hear them instead of just see them (and get 3D maps) you'll need to splurge for the Navigation upgrade. That costs $91.93 for a one-year license or $11.81 for 30 days. Frequent travelers can also purchase city guides for $10.69 each. Overall, we prefer the BlackBerry 8800 for GPS because of its faster performance--and much lower price--but the N95 should get the job done.

The N95 excels as a music player. The playback buttons aren't very tactile, but they provide more feedback than the touch-sensitive controls on the Samsung UpStage and LG Chocolate. Even better, these buttons work when you're performing other tasks, like surfing the Web, checking e-mail, or waiting for the GPS receiver to pinpoint your location. When you pause the music, the song title briefly displays on top of whatever application you have open, a nice touch. Other music-friendly perks include a 3.5mm audio jack for plugging in your regular earbuds, stereo Bluetooth, and support for WMA, AAC, and MP3 files.

Like all Series 60 phones, the N95 can sync your contacts, calendar, and tasks with your PC. The bundled Quickoffice program lets you view Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files. And the integrated FM radio delivered very good reception in Manhattan. Last but not least is support for Nokia's Lifeblog, a service for showing off your latest videos, pictures, and text blog entries.

Even with all of the N95's talents, the software makes the phone easy to use, despite a few "Memory Full" messages and occasional delays when multitasking. And the device worked well as a phone. We like the camera, music player, and Web surfing capabilities. However, the N95 doesn't last very long on a charge. The phone conked out after a day of heavy usage, which means you should expect to recharge at least every other day.

The N95 is sort of like the anti-RAZR. It thumbs its nose at thinness in favor of functionality and yet the device doesn't weigh down your pocket. Those who have money to burn and who want to stand out from the crowd may want to consider this slider. But if you can afford the N95 we say wait until the iPhone debuts, so you can compare these two feature-packed solutions.

This is a section of cars...We will be posting about the different types cars in this section...Plz enjoy!!!
Mitsubishi ecilpse spyder

Today i am going to talk about convertibles.
What is a convertible? A convertible is a car body style that has a foldable or retractable roof, when the roof is folded down or retracted, it becomes a car that only has the windshield on its body. An example is the mitsubishi eclipse spyder.(above)
History:
In the vintage car era, the convertible was the default body style. It was not until 1910 that Cadillac introduced the first closed-body car. A combination of weak engines and public expectation that a car was analogous to a wagon meant that steel roofs were not in demand until then.

During the 1950s and 1960s, convertibles were available from automakers in the U.S. in a broad variety of models and trim levels. Most often they were the prestige models in their respective line, such as the Packard Caribbean, Oldsmobile 98, or the Imperial by Chrysler. However, economical versions in compact sizes were also popular, including the Rambler American and the Studebaker Lark.

Here are more examples of convertibles:
Misubushi lancer evolution VII
